At Travelpro Europe, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase; if your luggage or accessories do not meet your expectations, you can return them within 30 days for a full refund. All items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags and packaging intact to qualify for a return.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original shipping box and include the printed return authorization slip inside the package.
Ship the Item
Attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your box and drop it off at any authorized courier location across Europe.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
